When reaching level 4 you will unlock the Black Market in Overkill 3. The Black Market is a place to find both over powered and over price weapons and armor. There will usually be a time limit on the item lasting for around 30 minutes to 24 hours. When the time runs out the item is gone and you’ll have to wait for it to hit the market again.
You can find the Black Market on the Warmap right next to the headquarters. Items seem to show up randomly after mission so you should check out what they got often.

Overkill 3 Black Market Tips
Codes – In the last Overkill they had coupon codes that you could redeem for free items and discounts. So far I have yet to see any for this installment, but I’ll keep an eye out.
Over Priced – Many of the items have prices that are way above there stats. Your basically paying for items with a little better stats that cost way more. You’ll have to weigh the options and decide if it’s a good choice or maybe the money would be better spent elsewhere.
Save – Most of the items that appear will be so expensive that if you don’t have anywhere close to the amount required you might not be able to earn it in time. For the reason you should save, save, save! Try to keep a few $100,000 in the bank for when that really good stuff shows up on the scene. Nothing worth than seeing something amazing go right by you cause you didn’t have the currency.
When reaching higher levels and more profitable areas the amount of income earned can be way more. The game is fully aware of this and will in turn increase the price on better gear for your current area. Try to stay ahead of the curve by saving up.
Profit – This is a mechanism like the many others in mobile games. The developers are hoping you’ll through some real money at this thing. Cant blame them for trying they did spend a lot of time making this things after all. It does add a sense of awesomeness and give people who like to grind something to do.
